Hosting and delivery of the website

This website is a static website. It is delivered via Cloudflare’s network (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA).

When you visit the website, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data transmitted by your browser: your IP address, the date and time of access, the page or file requested, information about your browser and operating system (user agent) and the page you visited before (referrer). These data are needed to deliver the website and to protect it against attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in delivering the website securely and reliably.

Cloudflare also sends a header for “Network Error Logging”. Through it, your browser can report errors in establishing a connection to Cloudflare; this, too, serves the reliable delivery of the website.

Cloudflare may also process these data in the USA. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, for which there is an adequacy decision of the European Commission. Should this certification lapse, Cloudflare states that it relies on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking services, no social media plugins, no newsletter and no contact form. It loads no content from other websites; the fonts, too, are hosted on this website itself.

Contact by email

If you write to us by email, we process your email address, your name if you give it, and the content of your message solely in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR insofar as your enquiry concerns a contract or steps towards entering into one, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering enquiries).

The mailbox is kept with an email provider. Your data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer needed to deal with your enquiry, unless statutory retention obligations prevent this.

Links to other websites

This website contains links to other websites, such as that of the gallery Sprüth Magers. Data are transmitted to the linked website only when you click on such a link; the provider of that website is responsible for the processing there.

Your rights
